This cake will blow your mind. Seriously. Nobody cares if its vegan, raw, glutenfree… it is goooooood 🙂 Creamy, naturally sweet, soft… I brought it to a potluck and it lasted 5 minutes, maybe. It is the first recipe I tried from the book “Simply raw bakery”, and it certainly won´t be the last.

Diese Torte wird euch umhauen. Wirklich. Es wird niemanden kümmern, dass sie vegan, rohköstlich, glutenfrei ist… sie ist einfach nur lecker 🙂 cremig, natürlich süß und weich… ich habe sie zu einem Potluck mitgenommen, und sie stand 5 Minuten auf dem Tisch. Wenns hochkommt 🙂 Es war das erste Rezept aus dem Buch “Simply raw bakery”, das ich probiert habe, und es wird sicher nicht das Letzte sein.
