These fritters are very easy to make, fast to prepare, and tasty. Do try them 🙂

Chickpea fritters (GF) – this recipe
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup water (or more)
- pinch of salt
Whisk it together. Optional: add spices (I added some chilli, ginger, and herbs). Heat up oil in a frying pan and pour one ladle of batter into it. Fry for a few minutes on medium heat until the top is dry, and turn until both sides are golden brown.
Fun fact: this is a good opportunity to practise fancy flipping (or, how normal people would call it, “pan flipping”), because it will forgive you (almost) anything. It is firm, does not fall apart, does not stick. Repeat until finished (with the dough, not with the flipping :P). Enjoy.

Kichererbsen-Bratlinge (GF) – dieses Rezept
- 1/4 cup Kichererbsenmehl
- 1/4 cup Wasser (oder mehr)
- Prise Salz
Guten Appetit.
Wow, so delicious. Made them the first time today, totally lecker and so easy to make! Will try other recipes. Thanks for the wonderful recipes!
