Alright, so this dish doesn´t look like much. But it´s one my weekday meals, which are simple, good, and oh so tasty. Basically about 6 boiled potatoes, 1 leek, 1 savoy cabbage (both cut into shreds), and then fried, until the cabbage is soft, and the potatoes start falling apart. At this point add salt and pepper to taste. That´s it. It was about 4 meals but since we´re two people and we both love vegetables, it only lasted a day🙂

Ich muss zugeben, diese Pfanne sieht nicht so besonders aus. Aber es ist ein einfaches Abendbrot, unkompliziert und sehr lecker. 6 gekochte Kartoffeln, 1 Stange Lauch, 1 Wirsing (in feine Streifen geschnitten) und dann gebraten, bis der Kohl weich ist, und die Kartoffeln zerfallen. Dann mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und schmecken lassen. Das wars ^^ es waren etwa 4 Portionen, aber da wir zwei sind, und Gemüse lieben, hielt es nur einen Tag🙂
