I´ve got something simple and delicious for you today🙂 rice pudding.

Also… how are you guys enjoying the vegan mofo so far?

Rice Pudding

  • 1/4 cup dry rice
  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or other sweetener to taste)
  • pinch of salt

Cook until the liquid is boiled away. Serve with sugar&cinnamon or jam. It´s about 1-2 portions, depending on how hungry you are.

Und übrigens… wie gefällt euch der vegan mofo bis jetzt?

Milchreis

  • 1/4 cup trockener Milchreis
  • 2 cup    Reismilch
  • 1 TL Ahornsirup
  • Prise Salz

Kochen bis die Flüssigkeit verkocht ist. Mit Zimt&Zucker oder Marmelade servieren. Ca. 1-2 Portionen, je nachdem, wie hungrig man ist.
