Vegan Mofo Day 13 – Chocolate Cream & Vanilla Fluff | Schokocreme mit Vanilleschaum

So, this one relies heavily on processed products. For that I am a little sorry. But not too sorry, because it was heavenly. Incredibly smooth and yummy and chocolatey. And quite fast to make, too. There are a million ways to make chocolate cream, and I will definitely try one that is less processed soon. So stay tuned🙂

Until then indulge in this creamy goodness. I´m pretty sure it would be awesome on cake… or pancakes… or muffins… I´m sure you´ll find a use for it^^

Chocolate Cream

  • 400g silken tofu
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup soy cream
  • 50g vegan butter (soft; room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup caramel agave sirup
  • 1/2 cup smooth hazelnut butter

Melt chocolate. Combine it all. Done. The vanilla fluff was a (supposedly) whippable vegan cream. But it didnt firm up enough, so at the end it was a fluffy sauce with lots of air in. It tasted great, and fit very well with the smooth chocolate cream. You could try it with coconut whipped cream, or any vegan cream you like.

Also, dieses Rezept basiert auf stark verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln. Das tut mir ein bisschen Leid. Aber auch nicht zu sehr, weil es himmlisch ist. Supercremig und lecker und schokoladig. Und auch schnell zu machen. Es gibt so viele Wege vegane Schokocreme zu machen, und ich werde in Zukunft andere ausprobieren, die etwas natürlicher sind. Seid gespannt🙂

Bis dahin gibt es diese leckere Creme. Sie passt super zu Kuchen… oder Pfannkuchen… oder Muffins… euch fällt bestimmt was ein^^

Schokoladen-Creme

  • 400g Seidentofu
  • 200g dunkle Schokolade
  • 1/2 cup Kakaopulver
  • 1/2 cup Sojasahne
  • 50g vegane Butter (weich; bei Raumtemperatur)
  • 1/3 cup Karamell-Agavensirup
  • 1/2 cup cremige Haselnussbutter

Schokolade schmelzen, und alles vermischen. Fertig. Der Vanilleschaum war eine (angeblich) aufschlagbare vegane Sahne. Aber sie wurde nicht fest, also war es eine schaumige Sauce mit viel Luft drin. Sie schmeckte super, und passte gut zur Schokocreme. Ihr könnt auch Kokos-Schlagsahne machen, oder eine andere vegane Sahne nach Wahl.
