Quinoa Soups 3 ways (GF) | 3 Quinoa-Suppen (GF)

This time I put together 3 soups that follow a similar pattern. If you haven´t cooked a quinoa veggie soup yet, go do it. It´s good for you :)

Diesmal gibt es 3 Suppen, die nach dem gleichen Schema ablaufen. Wenn ihr noch keine Quinoa-Gemüse-Suppe gemacht habt, tut das mal. Ist gut und gesund :)

1. quinoa, leftover potato mash, veggie stock or salt, tomato sauce, pepper, almond cream, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, leftover lentils

1. Quinoa, Kartoffelmus, Gemüsebrühe oder Salz, Tomatensauce, Pfeffer, Mandelcreme, Blumenkohl, Möhre, Kohl, Linsen

2. leftover miso soup (and carrot, onion), swiss chard, butternut squash, 1 potato, quinoa

2. Misosuppe (mit Möhre und Zwiebel), Mangold, Butternuss-Kürbis, 1 Kartoffel, Quinoa

3. quinoa, water, veggie stock or salt, almond milk, white pepper, rice milk, broccoli stems and leaves

3. Quinoa, Wasser, Gemüsebrühe oder Salz, Mandelmilch, weißer Pfeffer, Reismilch, Brokkoli (mit Stiel und Blättern)
